Accommodation and facilities:
upon arrival the service staff had no information that we had booked 2 apartments.
A competent local representatives did not exist. It had to be called the manager, who was in Bangkok.
Important for the choice of Sea Sand Sun was the positive review and
booked and paid seaview.
Actually, however, was an apartment without seaview and the other with partial seaview. Even after repeated questions and complaints could offer us any other room.
The rooms were simple and functional.
The toilet of one room was very dirty. After notification thereof was
pollution from the cleaning power.
The breakfast was very basic and was limited to one serving. Also a second glass of juice had to be paid extra.
Approximately 80% of the beach chairs was broken.
The service was mostly not always friendly.
In particular, as we insisted on payment of the invoice on discount because of paid and lack seascape, the waitress was very rude and wanted to call the police. It was a desired of us discount of only 300 Baht which was certainly less than the amount we paid for the seaview. To avoid trouble, we paid the bill without discount.
The postive reviews all of us (65 years, 48 years and 23 years) dont understand.
We wonder how
Sea Sand Sun = not again
payed Seaview could not be offered.
